Our family and who we are matters.

Born Terry Bonner from Cwmfelinfach in the Sirhowy Valley of South Wales, a passion of cuisine runs through our family which originates from French immigrants. Terry’s talent turned to commitment opening a patisserie from the family kitchen in 2011, with a clear vision of serving high class patisserie.

Terry’s caring personality and devotion to servicing customers at any hour, imprinted a mindset which can be felt in the team today. Whether supporting chefs on their menu development, advice on plating for service or simply delighting customers with a final sweet finish.

Word of Terry’s Patisserie began to spread, 10 consecutive years of great taste awards recognises our commitment to fine quality. The team’s expanded to include world class pastry chefs from different continents around the globe, who bring with them their own experiences, cultures, and ideas on good food.

Now, supplying premium restaurants, hotels, cafes, garden centres, weddings, stadia, royal palaces, and blue-chip events throughout the UK and overseas. Son Rhys Williams hopes to continue his mother’s name of mastery, trust and care to its staff, suppliers, customers, and community.
