Mohan
Head Pastry Chef
Mohan has transformed our plant-based and NGCI range, creating innovative, lower-sugar recipes that never compromise on flavour. His journey has taken him from world cruise ships sailing across America, followed by time in a specialist bakery in San Francisco, and then to ten years mastering recipe development in Bermuda. After returning to India to consult with bakeries across the region, Mohan joined Terry’s—bringing with him a depth of experience that continues to inspire everything we create.

Francis
Head Development Chef
Francis brings decades of expertise to our kitchen, previously training in Japan and going on to work in one of the largest food production sites in the UK, Bakkavor. His work in new product development ensures that every creation is both commercially successful and true to the high standards of Terry’s Patisserie.

Head of Food
Stuart brings decades of high-level culinary experience, having worked at prestigious establishments including The Savoy, Gleneagles, and as the first Head Chef at The Left Bank Hotel. With 4–5 AA Rosettes to his name, he now serves as Vice Chairman of the British Culinary Federation and Lead Mentor Chef for WorldSkills UK. His expertise and leadership continue to inspire the next generation of chefs while driving innovation in our kitchen.”,

Production Manager
With nearly 30 years of experience, Ian began his career at just 15 as an apprentice in catering. Now our production manager, he’s known for his speed, precision, and hands-on approach — ensuring every order leaves our doors smoothly and on time for our customers

Görkem
Pastry Chef
Baking runs in Görkem’s blood. With both his grandfather and father as Turkish bakers, he carries forward a proud family heritage in everything he creates at Terry’s Patisserie

Sneha
Pastry Chef
Sneha is one of our youngest pastry chefs, bringing a fresh perspective and artistic flair to the team. Her creativity shines through in every detail, from design to finish, adding a modern edge to Terry’s Patisserie’s signature desserts.

Purity
Pastry Chef
Purity has been a patisserie chef for many years. She recently moved over to UK to join husband Francis after caring for her family and is continuing her patisserie journey here at Terry’s.

Ashton
Logistics Manager
Ashton has grown with us from kitchen porter to Logistics Manager in just two years. Alongside his role, he is completing his FDQ Level 3 Diploma in Food Industry Technical Management with Cambrian Training — a true reflection of his drive and commitment to both personal growth and the success of Terry’s Patisserie.

Caroline has been with us since March 2022. She helps us with the final stages of production including, the finishing touches and packing to ensure the products get delivered to perfection.

Terry is the woman who started it all. With her love and passion for patisserie and baking she had a vision. Without Terry, we wouldn’t be in the position we are today. A truly wonderful lady!

Rhys
Business Development Director
Rhys is the glue that holds Terry’s together. Rhys is carrying on Terry’s name of mastery in patisserie by ensuring he keeps a loyal, hard-working team. As well as providing first class services to his customers and the community.

Kelly
Sales Executive
Kelly brings a wealth of experience working with people and supporting customers across a wide range of hospitality settings. She works closely with each client to understand their needs, offering hands-on support and clear guidance from initial conversations through to ongoing service.
Friendly, organised, and highly responsive, Kelly is dedicated to making sure customers feel supported and confident in every aspect of working with us. Building long-term relationships and delivering a smooth, reliable experience is at the heart of her role.

Phoebe
Technical Executive
Phoebe has become our technical executive after working part time in the kitchen alongside her A Level studies. After only a few months of taking on the technical role, Phoebe got us through our Compass audit with an A grade!

Patrick
Accounts Manager
Patrick manages all our accounts to ensure we are staying on track regarding finances. He is super organised and knows where every single thing is kept!

Ex Pastry Chef
YEARS SERVED: 2013 - 2021
Jason was our first ever apprentice pastry chef. He was delicate with his finishing on our products and also versatile as he would help with paperwork and admin. Jason is a very talented individual and we are very grateful for his work. He helped Terry’s Patisserie grow and his effect still shows here.

Ex Logistics/Transport
YEARS SERVED: 2012 - 2019
Dave started here at Terry’s as our driver but, helped out in various ways. He used to own a business which enabled him to help with the efficiency of our business. He would also make equipment and fix anything that needed. Dave was someone who really did help Terry’s get to the position we stand today.
