    Ian

    Production Manager

    Ian is our head chef; he keeps our kitchen functioning in a smooth and controlled manner. He is also highly skilled in Patisserie so, will always ensure our desserts are created in the best way.

    Chandiran

    Head Pastry Chef

    Chan is one of our senior pastry chefs who is highly skilled and holds extreme amounts of talent. Chan steps up to help ensure the kitchen team runs smoothly and efficiently to benefit all.

    Mohan

    Senior Pastry Chef

    Mohan is one of our head pastry chefs who is extremely creative and talented. He holds an array of skills but, specialises in the Vegan NGCI range here at Terry’s Patisserie.

    Head Development Chef

    Francis is our product development chef who is highly skilled and has a creative mind to design products that are unique to both Terry’s and our customers.

    Purity

    Pastry Chef

    Purity has been a patisserie chef for many years. She recently moved over to UK to join husband Francis after caring for her family and is continuing her patisserie journey here at Terry’s.

    Ashton

    Apprentice Pastry Chef

    One of our apprentice pastry chefs who is training to compete in under 23 competitions and the 2026 world skills competition. Ashton already has various skills but, is keen to develop more here at Terry’s.

    Hannah

    Apprentice Pastry Chef

    Hannah is one of our apprentice pastry chefs who is currently completing her level 3 patisserie course. She already has the knowledge and skills to be within the kitchen but, is keen to focus on her patisserie skills.

    Caroline

    Production Team

    Caroline has been with us since March 2022. She helps us with the final stages of production including, the finishing touches and packing to ensure the products get delivered to perfection.

    Michelle

    Production Team

    Michelle was completely new to the patisserie world before joining us here at Terry’s in 2022. Michelle helps us with the finishing touches of products with her gentle hands.

    Ioan

    Kitchen Porter

    Ioan is our newest team member who ensures the kitchen is spotless by, keeping on top of the dishwashing. He also maintains the surrounding grounds of Terry’s Patisserie.

    Trevor

    Kitchen Porter

    Trevor is one of our kitchen porters who leaves our kitchen sparkling. He ensures all dishes are cleaned as well as the kitchen surfaces and floors, to allow for our chefs and production team to work efficiently in a clean environment.

    Leo

    Delivery Driver

    Leo is one of our delivery drivers. You will likely see him on a Monday and Tuesday delivering your desserts. He ensures to be as efficient as possible and is also friendly.

    Terry

    Founder

    Terry is the woman who started it all. With her love and passion for patisserie and baking she had a vision. Without Terry, we wouldn’t be in the position we are today. A truly wonderful lady!

    Rhys

    Business Development Director

    Rhys is the glue that holds Terry’s together. Rhys is carrying on Terry’s name of mastery in patisserie by ensuring he keeps a loyal, hard-working team. As well as providing first class services to his customers and the community.

    Lowri

    Sales & Marketing Executive

    Lowri is our sales & marketing executive. After spending summer of 2022 working in the kitchen, she headed back to Liverpool to graduate university. She has now taken on the challenging role of sales and marketing.

    Phoebe

    Technical Executive

    Phoebe has become our technical executive after working part time in the kitchen alongside her A Level studies. After only a few months of taking on the technical role, Phoebe got us through our Compass audit with an A grade!

    Max

    Logistics Manager

    Max is our logistics manager who ensures everything runs according to plan. He ensures the production plan is in place for the chefs in the kitchen as well as managing the delivery drivers.

    Patrick

    Accounts Manager

    Patrick manages all our accounts to ensure we are staying on track regarding finances. He is super organised and knows where every single thing is kept!

    Jason

    Ex Pastry Chef

    YEARS SERVED: 2013 - 2021

    Jason was our first ever apprentice pastry chef. He was delicate with his finishing on our products and also versatile as he would help with paperwork and admin. Jason is a very talented individual and we are very grateful for his work. He helped Terry’s Patisserie grow and his effect still shows here.

    Dave

    Ex Logistics/Transport

    YEARS SERVED: 2012 - 2019

    Dave started here at Terry’s as our driver but, helped out in various ways. He used to own a business which enabled him to help with the efficiency of our business. He would also make equipment and fix anything that needed. Dave was someone who really did help Terry’s get to the position we stand today.
